Performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Sharper targeting. Less wasted spend. Every click measured.

I'm Jay Shah, a performance marketer with 1.5 years of paid media experience. The campaigns I managed delivered 20% CTR growth, a 35% reach increase and an 18% rise in qualified leads, and I track every figure in GA4, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

How much ad spend are you wasting?

Enter three numbers from last month. The result is simple arithmetic on your own figures, and nothing you type leaves your browser.

Fill in all three numbers and your estimate appears here.

Spent each month on leads that never qualified

0

  • Cost per lead
  • Cost per qualified lead
  • Same waste over a year
  • Yearly saving if you recovered half

How it is worked out: spend × (unqualified leads ÷ total leads). It assumes every lead costs the same, so treat it as a ballpark, not an audit. The "recovered half" line is an illustration, not a forecast or a promise.

Each one comes from work in my roles so far. If your problem sits outside them, I'll say so on the first call.

LinkedIn Ads CTR up 20%

CredAble, Navi Mumbai. LinkedIn and Meta Ads. Customer Success Intern, May to August 2025.

Situation and objective

At CredAble I worked on paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta alongside my customer success role. The objective was to raise click-through rate and reach while spending less on ads that were not converting.

Starting point

Monthly reach was about 8K impressions on LinkedIn.

Strategy and prioritisation

Fix who the ads were shown to first, then test what they said. Budget decisions would follow CPL and ROAS rather than impressions alone.

Execution and notable decisions

Restructured the audience cohorts, ran three-variant creative tests, and reallocated Meta and LinkedIn budgets every week using CPL and ROAS signals.

Results, timeframe and measurement

LinkedIn Ads CTR rose 20% and monthly reach grew from about 8K to about 11K impressions. Low-converting ad spend fell by about 15% over eight weeks. Results were tracked on CTR, CPL and ROAS in MS Excel dashboards and MS PowerPoint decks for three stakeholders across 12 weekly review cycles.

Lessons and next steps

Audience structure and creative testing moved CTR, while weekly budget reviews kept cost per lead in check. I would take the same weekly CPL and ROAS routine into any account I manage.

Google and Meta Ads CTR up 20%

Awdiz Institute, Navi Mumbai. Google Ads and Meta Ads. Digital Marketing Intern, July to December 2023.

Situation and objective

As a digital marketing intern at Awdiz Institute I ran Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The objective was to raise CTR and lower cost per lead.

Starting point

Campaigns were running on existing keyword match types and bidding settings, with no clear view of where visitors left the funnel.

Strategy and prioritisation

Tighten keyword targeting first, then use GA4 to find the weakest points in the funnel, then test creatives.

Execution and notable decisions

Rebuilt keyword match types and shifted to manual CPC bidding. Pinpointed three GA4 funnel drop-off points and A/B tested landing page fixes. Ran two to three creative variants per campaign and applied the top-converting formats to the next cycle.

Results, timeframe and measurement

CTR on Google and Meta Ads rose 20% over six weeks, and a further 12% from the creative testing. Cost per lead was lowered across two campaign cycles. I do not have a percentage for that reduction, so I have not quoted one.

Lessons and next steps

Match types and bidding control did the most for CTR, and the GA4 funnel view told me which landing page fixes were worth testing.

Property enquiries up 18%

Punit Enterprises, Navi Mumbai. Google Search and Meta. Digital Marketing Intern, April to May 2022.

Situation and objective

Punit Enterprises was advertising two real estate projects and wanted more property enquiries without raising the budget.

Starting point

The monthly ad budget was fixed at ₹25K across both active projects.

Strategy and prioritisation

Improve who saw the ads and what the ads said, rather than spend more.

Execution and notable decisions

Refined audience cohort filters and rewrote Google Search and Meta ad copy. Kept spend inside the ₹25K limit while lead volume grew week on week.

Results, timeframe and measurement

Property enquiries rose 18% across the two projects. This was a short engagement of about two months on a small budget, and I submitted monthly reports covering lead volume, spend and CPL trends.

Lessons and next steps

A fixed budget forces clear priorities. It was my first experience of reporting CPL trends to a business owner every month.

How I run a campaign

Four stages, each with something you can check. You can stop after any of them.

  1. Measure

    At the start

I set up conversion tracking and use GA4 to find where visitors drop off, so every later decision has a number behind it.

    You receive

    • A list of funnel drop-off points
    • Conversion tracking you can trust
  2. Structure

    Before launch

Audience cohorts, keyword match types and ad copy are set up around who you want to reach and what they search for.

    You receive

    • Audience cohorts per campaign
    • A keyword and match-type structure
  3. Test

    Every cycle

Two to three creative variants per campaign, plus A/B tests on landing page fixes. The top-converting formats carry into the next cycle.

    You receive

    • Variants tested each cycle
    • Clear winners, applied next
  4. Report and reallocate

    Weekly

Budgets move weekly using CPL and ROAS signals, and results go to stakeholders in a format they can read.

    You receive

    • An Excel dashboard on CTR, CPL and ROAS
    • A PowerPoint deck for review meetings

Why work with me

Four things from my past roles, and what each one means in practice.

Decisions led by CPL and ROAS

At CredAble I moved Meta and LinkedIn budgets every week using CPL and ROAS, cutting about 15% of low-converting spend over eight weeks.

Tests, not guesses

I run two to three creative variants per campaign and carry the top-converting formats into the next cycle. At Awdiz that added a 12% CTR lift.

Respect for a fixed budget

At Punit Enterprises I kept monthly spend within ₹25K across two projects while lead volume grew week on week.

Reports stakeholders can follow

MS Excel dashboards and MS PowerPoint decks on CTR, CPL and ROAS, delivered to three stakeholders across 12 weekly review cycles.

I'm Jay. I turn ad budgets into measurable leads.

I'm a performance marketer with 1.5 years of paid media experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. The campaigns I managed delivered 20% CTR growth, a 35% reach increase and an 18% rise in qualified leads.

My experience spans four roles: Customer Success Intern at CredAble, Digital Marketing Intern at Awdiz Institute, CSR Executive at Enkay Ayurvedic Village, and Digital Marketing Intern at Punit Enterprises. That mix means I look at both acquisition and retention, and I keep CRM records tidy enough to support retargeting.

I'm early in my career, so I'd rather show you the numbers and what I did to move them than oversell. I work in GA4, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and I report CTR, CPL and ROAS in a format stakeholders can read.
