What we collect through this website, why we collect it, who sees it and how you can control it, in plain language.
In short
- We collect only what you send us through the forms or by email, plus basic technical data when a page loads.
- We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it and we do not build advertising profiles.
- The ad-spend calculator runs in your browser. Nothing you type into it leaves your device.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
Who we are
This website is run by Yuktiva Growth, the independent performance marketing practice of Jay Shah, based in India. In this notice, "we", "us" and "I" mean Yuktiva Growth and Jay Shah.
We decide why and how the personal information described below is used, so we are the party responsible for it. You can reach us at jay.shah@yuktivagrowth.co.in.
This notice covers this website only. It does not cover other sites we link to, such as LinkedIn or WhatsApp, which have their own policies.
What we collect and when
We collect only what you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical information that arrives automatically when a page loads.

The forms contain a hidden field that real visitors never see. It exists only to catch automated spam, and anything entered into it is discarded.
Please do not send sensitive information through the site, such as financial account details, government ID numbers, passwords or health data. We never need these to start a conversation. If you want us to look at an ad account or analytics property, we will agree access with you separately and in writing.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry, suggest times for a call and follow up if you ask us to.
- To prepare and deliver a free teardown video if you request one.
- To keep a record of our conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and fix technical problems.
- To meet legal, tax or regulatory obligations if they apply.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising profiles, we do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Consent and legal basis
When you submit a form or write to us, you are giving us your information voluntarily for the purpose that is clear at that moment, which is replying to you. In India this is the basis on which we handle it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, and doing so does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, the legal grounds we rely on are steps taken at your request before a contract (replying to an enquiry) and our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. For optional analytics, the ground is your consent.
Transfers outside India
Some providers, including Google, operate servers in other countries, so your information may be processed outside India. We choose providers that apply reasonable security and we share only what is needed for them to do their job.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and the related correspondence for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can pick the conversation up again. If an enquiry goes nowhere, we do not keep it longer than is useful. If we work together, we keep what the law requires for records such as invoices.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Copies held in routine backups are removed when those backups are next overwritten.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including serving the site over an encrypted connection where the host supports it, limiting who can see enquiries, and screening forms for spam. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affecting you occurs, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how it is used;
- correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information;
- stop using your information for a purpose you previously agreed to, by withdrawing consent;
- deal with a complaint or concern about how we handle your information.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also object to or restrict our use of your information, ask for a portable copy, and complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email jay.shah@yuktivagrowth.co.in from the address you used with us so we can confirm it is you. We aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local authority if you are outside India.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and marketing professionals. It is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please tell us and we will delete it.
Other websites
The site links to LinkedIn and WhatsApp and may link to other places. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their notices before sharing anything with them.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly where we can.
