Tracking you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
If the ad platforms, GA4 and your CRM all show different numbers, every budget decision is a guess. I fix the measurement first.
Who it's for
- Your dashboards disagree with each other
- Leads from forms, calls or chat clicks aren't counted as conversions
- You have visitors from the UK or EU and need tags to respect consent
What I do
- GA4 property and Google Tag Manager container set up or audited
- Conversion events for forms, bookings, calls and chat clicks
- Funnel analysis that finds where visitors drop off
- Landing-page A/B tests judged on cost per lead
- Google Consent Mode v2 and a consent banner
- Dashboards in MS Excel or Google Sheets
How I measure it
Cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS), as close to revenue as your data allows. Click-through rate and reach help diagnose problems, but they are not the goal.
Proof so far
- Three GA4 funnel drop-off points found and fixed, lowering cost per lead across two campaign cycles (education, 2023) · Case study
Common questions
Which certifications do you hold?
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certifications, plus an Inbound Marketing certification. They're listed in the certifications section of this site.
Is this website tracked the same way?
Yes. It uses Consent Mode v2 defaults set before Tag Manager loads, a consent banner with equal Accept and Reject buttons, and a dataLayer event for every lead action.
