Google Ads that are judged on cost per lead, not clicks.
Search and Display campaigns for businesses in the Gulf, the UK and the US, built around buying intent and steered every week by what a lead costs.
Who it's for
- You spend on Google but can't say which campaigns bring leads
- Your cost per lead keeps creeping up and nobody can say why
- You're entering a new market and want to catch search demand from day one
What I do
- Keyword research and a match-type structure organised by buying intent
- Search ad copy written and tested for each audience
- Bidding chosen to fit your conversion data, including manual CPC where control matters
- Display Network campaigns for remarketing
- Conversion tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Weekly budget moves based on CPL and ROAS
How I measure it
Cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS), as close to revenue as your data allows. Click-through rate and reach help diagnose problems, but they are not the goal.
Proof so far
- CTR up 20% in six weeks after rebuilding match types and moving to manual CPC bidding (education, 2023) · Case study
- Property enquiries up 18% from rewritten Google Search copy and tighter cohorts, on a fixed budget (real estate, 2022) · Case study
Common questions
How quickly will I see a difference?
Structural and bidding changes usually start to show within a few weeks, but it depends on your budget and how many conversions you get. I'll give you a specific expectation after the audit.
Do I keep ownership of the account?
Yes. Campaigns run in your own Google Ads account, and you keep full access.
